Education and the Beginning of Military Career.

Nigerian-born and Nigerian-trained, Ephraim began his military career in June 2004, and has participated in many military operations both local and international. In 2022, Ephraim left the military to the next chapter of his life as a security experts/consultant and channeling his passion, commitment, and dedication to mitigate crime free society in Nigeria.

The Turn Around Expert
After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial science from the University of Jos, Ephraim applied to leave the military and continues studying security courses that will qualify him in becoming security expert. He applied for a job in African Industries as Security Officer and he subsequently got the job. He was promoted to Asst. Chief Security Officer eight months later based on his excellent performances.

Ephraim was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to become a Managing Director at Master Innovations Limited. This opportunity influenced his life, prompting him to achieve more. During his early days in the University, Ephraim was the Man O’’ War Cadet Commander in Chief, University of Jos Command. Ephraim success in this role ignited his passion to become Security expert and invested in the lives of young people.

Ephraim accomplishments became public when he achieved the seemingly impossible. He was relatively unknown in the University of Jos when he has a confrontation with some cult members on campus an action that earned him and his circle of peers, the endearing nickname – “the night walker”.

2022 -Present 
In 2022, Ephraim left the military to replicate his turnaround success. Armed with the knowledge, expertise, and understanding of security opportunities that exist in Nigeria, he was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to become Asst Chief Security Officer at African Industries Group, making him the first across Lagos. This opportunity influenced his life, prompting him to give youth counsel to stay of crime.

In 2023. Master Innovations Limited appointed him as the Managing Director of the company committed to improving innovation service and transforming Nigeria, including providing security cover, cars with drivers and communication. Today, MIL his employ over 25 people, while empowering thousands more across Nigeria.

Unionlism
Ephraim has served in local councils and committees. Some of the boards include the Chairman, 1st Constitutional Drafting Committee Nigerian Actuarial Science Students Association (NASSA), Member Students Judicial Council (S.U.G) University of Jos and Financial Secretary Council of Statesmen University of Jos.

He was named in the 2019 in awards and dinner night was honour as “outstanding leader” in recognition of his good leadership service in the students judicial council (S.U.G, facility, Department and Man O’ War) University of Jos, and also had other awards even after leaving the University of Jos which include Award of Excellence for “selfless contribution in reduction of crime on the campus” student union government (S.U.G) University of Jos and many more.
